Bibleworks 9 可否安裝在Windows 8 或 Mac 內?

1) Bibleworks 9 可否安裝在Windows 8?

Bibleworks 已測試能在Windows 8 運行。
但請注意，Bibleworks並不能在Windows RT運行。
即是如果你想買平板電腦又想用Bibleworks，請不要買使用Windows RT 的型號。

系統要求如下：

Windows® XP/Vista/7/8
Minimum 1024x600 display
Minimum 512 MB RAM
1 GB hard drive space free (15 GB for full install)
DVD drive
Internet Explorer® version 7 or higher
Internet connection for updates


2) Bibleworks 9 可否安裝在 Mac內?

Mac有三個方式可安裝及運行：
A) Native-Mac Public Preview；B) Virtual Machine；C) Boot Camp

各系統要求如下：

A) Native-Mac Public Preview

Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4+ or OS X Mountain Lion

Minimum 1024x768 display

Minimum 2 GB RAM

1.5 GB hard drive space free (16 GB for full install)

DVD drive

Internet connection for updates

B) Virtual Machine (Parallels Desktop, VMware Fusion, or VirtualBox)

Intel Mac Core 2 Duo, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, or Xeon processor

Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4+ or or OS X Mountain Lion

Windows XP/Vista/7/8 license and installation media

Minimum 1024x768 display

4 GB RAM recommended

17 GB hard drive space free (30 GB for full install)

三個安裝方式的性能表現有何不同，詳情可看這裡。

簡單講，用Virtual Machine最好。直接用Native-Mac Public Preview方式安裝的話，暫時只有95% 功能可用。對中文用家來說，我認為最不方便是不能檢視和搜尋中文。Hebrew vowel未能在瀏覽視窗以外正確顯示。而Boot Camp並不能copy and paste到Mac的應用程式內。
